I enjoyed your talk on how many people focus on memorializing an event instead of just enjoying it. How often may of our pictures from get-togethers, parties, etc. fall into the recesses of Iphoto never to be looked at again. With our children it’s different. My wife and I look at our 20 month old and try to remember our 5 year old at that age. We’re incapable of remembering him at that size. It’s only through pictures that the memories from that time are stirred. It’s a tough balance though when we’re trying to enjoy something with our children and at the same time get one snapshot that we may need later in life to remember.

    P.S.
I’m a cradle catholic, but a Mac convert. Your podasts are a double dipping of faith and the simple pleasures of Mac ownership.
