    if i heard y’all correctly, you were saying that the changes of the 2nd V council just happened……. presuming that you weren’t alive for this or too young, allow me to give you what happened in our parish:

    the priests preached about the changes coming, the diocese made handout pamphlets for everyone to begin to use, we were walked through the changes in the celebration of the Mass and what they were about, what they meant and what the promised changed would hopefully do for the Church.

    So please don’t just cut and paste on the past history…..
    I’ve seen the Bishop’s website for the Roman Missal, I’ve read many of the changes and am holding judgement for there are plenty of awkward readings in the lectionary.
